Hello! I am a Winthrop University graduate of ‘20 and ‘23. I initially graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Modern Languages. I have always loved helping others so no surprise I found a love for social work while in undergrad through a minor and decided to apply for the MSW program after graduation. Through the MSW program and my internships, I found a passion for helping children and young adults. After obtaining my LMSW, I began my career as a Maternal/Child case manager where I provided discharge planning and social services to mothers with newborns and pediatric patients. Being a case manager has provided me with a wealth of knowledge through community resources and have a view inside what the community may need from the healthcare standpoint. While I have loved case management, it has taught me that I have a deeper passion for providing long term care for clients. I am thrilled to start my role as a therapist to help individuals and families navigate life’s challenges and meet them where they are. My goal is to provide clients with the proper tools, coping skills, and resources to live an empowered and fulfilled life. I look forward to meeting you and becoming a part of your support system!
