I’m Beth Ann Arledge, LMSW, I joined the Kaleidoscope team in September 2024, but I’ve been working in the social work and mental health field for over 14 years. My experience spans a variety of settings and populations—from older adults in assisted living and individuals in psychiatric care, to children and families involved with the Department of Social Services, as well as school-based support.

Now, I’m grateful to be working in a clinical therapy setting, which has always been my professional goal. I’m deeply passionate about this work and committed to walking alongside my clients as they grow, heal, and thrive.
